Dumb question? Cervical fluid or arousal?
I'm new to tracking my period/ovulation and I've been curious about cervical mucus. How is this different from the fluid that I experience when I'm aroused? Is it the same thing? I'm lost and I haven't been monitoring this at all because I don't know what it is. Please don't criticize my lack of knowledge, in just new to everything. Thanks everyone!!
