Terrified of Labor and Delivery

Is anyone else terrified of giving birth? This is my first baby, and I'm absolutely terrified of a number of things. I'm nervous about having a number of doctors at my lower end as I'm exposed, I'm scared I'm going to poop myself while pushing and worse I'm scared I'll have to have a C-section. It's gotten worse the closer my due date comes and my SO constantly tells me not to stress and that the doctors see it every day but that still doesn't help😩
