I'm sorry, this is probably very gross but I need help :/

My inner thighs are naturally dark, but I guess that's because of chaffing lol But anyway, I shaved about three weeks ago, all last week I was insanely itchy. Now this week, is assume it's because I was scratching at it it's like this. It hurts when I walk, probably because of chaffing too. And it's like moist?? But I don't know if that's because I've been trying to at least moisturize it with lotion. It just feels so raw and dry. Someone help! This is my innner inner thigh btw, close to my lady area.
