Go to labor and delivery or not yet?

For the last week I've been loosing mucus plug and today it turned reddish brown so I'm going to assume bloody show. Today I've had some random contractions and starting at 10:30 pm they have gotten more intense and more consistent. They are anywhere between 3-6 minutes apart but only 30-65 seconds long. I've been having them fairly consistently for 4 1/2 hours so far. They aren't horrible but I do have to breathe through them and get on the floor. I'm feeling a bit nauseous. Should is start thinking about going into labor and delivery or wait?
