Busy mom.
Any other nursing nurses? My life is very full and so s our schedule. I'm pumping and it's going okay but my diet?? It's horrible and I know better that's the sad part. Any pointers on getting enough proteins while limiting dairy and maintinging a 2000 calorie diet? I've been living on fast food and relying on my husband who likes gravy and fried foods. Help!
