Is this normal to do when I sit up???? Just wondering if I could be leaking fluid!?

You very well could be, try pushing some out and if you feel anything or have an increase in wetness I would call l&d and tell them you're leaking fluid

It could be. If you continue to leak. You can also try to pee, stop the flow, and see if fluid continues to leak out.
I lost waaaay more fluid than that this morning and continued leaking for the next 3 hours before I made it to L&D. The test strip was negative and they sent me home.
If you believe you are leaking, you need to call and get tested. It's worth it to have the peace of mind.

Put a pad in and if it's soaked in 30 minutes then it's your water otherwise it's discharge or pee!

Go get checked. I sprung a leak and it turned out the way the baby was created pockets for fluid retention. I leaked like 3 times before I called and asked and was told to go to L&D and get tested.  After they inserted this strip to soften my cervix, that I was leaking drops more consistently but I wasn't given a pad or anything at the hospital. It wasn't until they put a monitor on his head that I had the big gush of fluid.
