OPK and BBT are telling different stories. Help, please!

Has anyone experienced this?  This has happened a few months now and I'm so confused. I got a positive opk on CD 13, but bbt didn't go up until CD22. When should I be bd'ing and when did I actually ovulate?  Going on 9 months now and getting frustrated....
