Do you feed your baby solids everyday?

My baby is almost 5 months and I started giving her stuff like apples and bananas and rice cereal. My mom says once you start that you have to keep doing it EVERYDAY atleast 2 times a day.. what do you guys do?

I do it once per day, usually around lunch to make sure she is able to digest and I am able to make sure she does not have any negative reactions.

Right now I'm just doing it every other day and keeping it very thin with formula

We don't worry about it everyday. If we are busy or he's having an off day (spitting up more than usual) I just skip the solids that day.
