Stomach and kidneys are my guess. They aren't really holes, it's just the way the sonogram waves hit and the difference in density of the organs, bones, etc. that makes things look darker or lighter.

One is the heart, one is the bladder, the other is the stomach.

It's their organs and the fluid in them. It's a good sign to see it :)

One is the tummy one is the bladder. The other im not sure... I only know because i have ultrasounds every week for my baby and the tech told me.
