Need an expert TTC-er!!!

Okay ladies I need help with this one. This is only my 2nd month TTC. Bought the digital tests so I could always tell when I for sure ovulated, cheapies always came out negative. So tracked last month and on the day I had my "optimal" or most fertilize CM my opk showed peak fertility. This month on CDs 19-21 (cycles run 37-40 days) got high fertility but never got a peak. Today I had EWCM and there was quite a bit of it. OPKs still showing low fertility. Logged my CM and Glow says it's "optimal" even tho everything is showing low or I'm not ovulating. Took an hpt(knew it was going to be negative but just did it for comparison). Both OPKs have vvfl. What do you guys think? Do I need to BD?!?
