Hello. Has anyone on this app had a miscarriage before? I had a miscarriage last weekend (22nd) I've stopped  bleeding, but still got cramps. Is it normal to still have cramps?

I'm so sorry for your loss, I cramped after bleeding for a couple weeks (it's your uterus shrinking back to pre-pregnancy size so if you were in your 2nd/ 3rd trimester it will go allot longer and it will be more painful) I hope you are feeling better soon! 
Warm baths with oats and rice flour and milk feel really nice, or a bath with lavender oil ect ☺️💟💟

Yes. I cramped forever. It stopped but every period after it cramps were awful and I use to never cramp.
