I personally took account of my actions and emotions during outbreaks. Overly cautious, maybe, but it helped me figure out that over exposure to stress and high sugar intake are my triggers. I usually get stressed out with grad school and I eat a lot of chocolate and sweets right before my cycle. I've since then monitored my stress levels with yoga and working out and altered my diet a bit to fill my body with good sugars instead of artificial ones. Now, I don't have OBs during my period anymore. I actually haven't had an OB since July, and I was diagnosed in February. It takes time, but self awareness is definitely key with this new change. Can't really help in the sex department. I'm currently inactive, but the questions I've asked my gyno have helped me kind of figure out what to do should me and my SO decide to have sex.
Just got diagnosed with HSV-2 help!
Yes I took a screen shot of my other post because I didn't wanna type it twice, but I really do need help! What triggers out breaks? How can I tell if the blisters inside are gone and when its safe to have sex with my boyfriend again?
