IVF treatment

Has anyone on here gone through IVF treatment? My daughter took five years to conceive, and was a very unexpected conception when it did happen, as I obviously knew I had unexplained issues. I've been on metformin and letrozole (at different times) for over a year, as well as losing 90lbs. I've done everything I've been advised to do. I found out via HCG test that my right ovary is completed blocked. I also found out from a vaginal ultrasound I have follicles in my ovaries, but learned through monthly blood tests that I havent ovulated in six months. So the eggs just aren't coming down. Needless to say we've been trying again for about three years and have been told IVF is our best option. We're thinking after Christmas/early spring to start trying that way. Has anyone had success with IVF or multiples or any advice? I'm ready for this. But it's a lot of money, and travel and info to take on. Just looking for experiences. 😊
