what keeps you guys going?

i'm only 16, and i'm pretty sure i have nothing to live for? i keep trying to find something but nothing. what keeps you guys going?

Aw love 😢 You have so much to live for in life. 💝
When I was your age I was going through major depression and having suicidal thoughts and self harming. I was in a very bad spot in life. I didn't think life was worth it at all and that I was the problem to every wrong thing that went on. 
Life does get better and you just have to trust that it will and be postitive too.
I am married now, I found my birth mom and I also have two other siblings, my adoptive parents and I have a good relationship now! And there are so many little things that I am grateful for. 
What keeps me going is knowing there is always going to be something to look forward to even if I may not see it in that moment. 💙 keep your head up high and don't give up 😘

I'm in the same boat, same age. I keep myself busy, nothing keeps my going I just exist. I try to stay happy but I am alwayyyyyss thinking why can't I just die, why can't a car just hit and kill me, why can't I just succeed in dying. I was in depression when I was early 15 and things got better by the time I turned 16.Now here I am late 16 and I am back into bad depression,don't even know why or how it happened, I understand why I feel like I do, due to recent things but I hate it! I feel like depression is something that ALWAYS wins and no matter how hard you try and push to ignore it, it always will beat you. I don't know what to tell you, if you need someone to talk to I definetly understand what you are going through and even though I'm hurting too, I can still help you
