Is this just a normal diaper rash?

I can't tell if this is just a normal diaper rash, or something else. Advise please!
It is on one of her hips and the other side in her lower back/top of butt area...

It does look a little different then diaper rash. You could try putting aquaphor on it and see if it helps.  It's our go to with any skin irritation we have.  Just make sure the area is dry before you put it on.

Looks like it could be skin irritation from his diapers. Maybe try switch the brand of diapers you use and see if that helps.

Looks like it might be an allergic reaction to something but it's hard to say.

My daughter has never gotten diaper rash in those areas - those are usually drier areas.
