first time writing here! 32 weeks having babygirl! any ideas to naturally induce??

Her first time writing here and probably her last...can't say I'd blame her. Obviously she's asking for further down the line 🙄 I'm 32 weeks and starting to think of ways to naturally get the party started the last couple of weeks. Good lord

Way to early! The Health of your baby is WAY more important then your wanting her early.  lungs aren't even fully developed yet amoung other health problems she could die if born to early

Honestly, if we are all old enough to reproduce, we are also all old enough to have logical reasoning. There is absolutely no excuse to be so rude and judgemental toward someone who is just asking a question. Did your mothers never tell you that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?
That being said, there are many things you can try. Red raspberry leaf tea, evening primrose oil, bouncing on a ball, going up and down stairs sideways, walking with one foot on a curb and the other on the road, walking a lot (like at a theme park), dancing, eat spicy food, sperm, orgasm, getting your membranes swept. Some people say castor oil, but it is actually a lot more harmful than helpful. 
All of this except for castor oil are things I have tried during the end of my first pregnancy. I started the EPO around this time, because it doesn't bring on labor, it only helps soften the cervix. I would suggest, like all other things, that you talk with your doctor about these things first. 
These suggestions do not work for everyone, and like all things should take on research.

First and definately last time writting on here! I apologize for, maybe, not explaining the question a bit more. I would for sure never put my daughter through any danger! I was just wondering if there were any methods or ideas and i dont even know if i would ever try them! I just thought about a random topic! No one has to write any rude things or get judgemental like if i was trying to hurt her or something smh but thanks to those of you who understood and helped! 😕😕😒😒

Be offended all you want, but there isn't one reason for asking this question that isn't completly selfish. You may be uncomfortable and over this, but wait it out just like we all will. It's really not about you.

If you're taking notes for 7-8 wks from now then that's different.

Trying to induce this early is not good. Baby will most likely need to be in the NICU to get help breathing. You don't want that!!

Baby will come when she's wants so if she's.not ready she won't leave but you can try lot of walking sex raspberry leaf tea bouncing on a ball .good luck I tried it all and it didn't work for me but every body is diffrent

I just asked the same thing on a mommy group on Facebook...ladies on my page told me jump on a trampoline, castor oil (this one idk about I'd suggest asking ur doctor before using if can be risky), essential oils, dancing, walking, birthing ball, eating a lot of fresh pinnapples, memebran sweep, jumping jacks, sex.....i posted because I want my baby girl to come 3 days early it's my birthday and either I naturally induce or I have a c-section so I've been asking a head of time also...ignore all the negativity we're all hormonal pregnant woman and I guess some mommas take things the wrong way do u girl! And let me know if u hear of anymore tips then the ones I named good luck to u!

When and why do you want to induce? There's many things you can try but most of them won't work until your body and baby are ready. The best things to try are things that will tone your uterus or ripen your cervix so things go as smoothly as possible when the time comes. 
Raspberry leaf tea tones the uterus which gives you efficient contractions whilst in labour. 
Evening primrose oil, is supposed to ripen your cervix, making effacement and dilation efficient. 
Sitting on a birthing ball as much as you can will help your baby get in the right position and engage its little head before delivery. 
Sex will aid oxytocin production and sperm will aid with prostaglandins. 
6 dates a day for the last 4 weeks of pregnancy is supposed to help shorten the first phase of labour. 
Walking up and down sideways on stairs will help baby's head engage. Can also be done along the sidewalk.
Keeping active and hydrated will keep things moving and on the right track.
Unless there's a study done on any of these things, and even then, most will just be myths or old (mid)wives tales. 
Again, most midwives and medical professionals agree on the fact that unless your baby and body are ready, none of these things will "induce" early. Best thing you can do, is to let your body do its own thing and do help in the things you can.
