Do you love your implants? What are some pro's and con's?

I am a manual therapist who works with scar tissue issues.  This is an invasive surgery that can cause harm to many body systems, and create stress on critical organs over time.   Not something to be taken on lightly.  Highly recommend against.

I have implants. 460cc saline through the nipple. They were the best thing I ever did. I got them a few days after my 18th birthday and I'm now 28. Thinking about getting them bigger.

My good friend who is also my boss just got hers done. She loooovvves them! & she looks fucking AMAZING! I seen them bare & hot damn did she have a wonderful surgeon. I'm so jealous of her husband. I personally have really big boobs (36DDD) so I would just get a breast lift, no implants. My boobs have been this big since I was little (I'm 19) so ya know gravity & all, they're a lil saggy for me but my guy loves them so lol
