Taking the pill while smoking medical Marijuana !?!?!? Help please!!!

Alright ladies so i just started using the pill about 4 days ago and i use medical marijuana just about every day...now when i went to go get my birth control they asked me if i smoked...i immediately though tobacco and said no..now im wondering if smoking marijuana while im taking the pill can be a problem of any kind? Any one know!?!?!?!
