Bottle feeding tips?

Does anyone have any tips for introducing a bottle to an EBF baby. I have started to pump and store up some breastmilk but have not been able to get my baby to take a bottle. She's almost 6 weeks old. I have tried a couple of different nipples. Thanks for any suggestions :)

Try lansinoh bottles! They are closer to nipple/breast like. Also don't forget you can return bottles to the store if baby wouldn't take it. :)

I use MAM! Works well for us! I had to work through the fussing a few times to get her to take it but eventually she got hungry enough and now she is a champ. Of course she wants the boob but gladly takes the bottle now!

Just keep at it. Try different bottles/brands not just different nipples - our LO hated the bottle at first and it took us a good week to find the right one and which nipple and then another few days until he got the rhythm right.

Also make sure you aren't the one trying to give the bottle and that you are not in the same room. Your presence may make baby want the breast over the bottle and may make the process more difficult.

Once established on the bottle be sure to bottle feed at least once a day so the baby doesn't forget how to do it/refuse it at a later time.
