itchy boobs help!

OK so I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my boobs have been itching like crazy and they have this red like little dots almost looking but the really light on them and when I scratch them It's like relief like when you scratch that itch you can't get what you finally get it but then it also is sore and hurts the scratch anyone else have this problem or know what it is or what it could be and have any suggestions to help?
