abnormal semen analysis?????

My Husbands semen analysis came back with abnormal sperm apperance- 8% were normal appearance. They want to repeat it one more time and then consult a urologist. Does anyone know what the urologist would be able to do and where we go from here?

My husband's first SA came back horrible across all factors. They sent him for a second test a month later and suddenly everything was in normal range. Don't lose hope yet! I believe that the urologist will discuss the results, run further testing, check for possible physical causes for the issues, possible treatment options, and likely refer to fertility specialist if needed.
