Help!! Baby not sleeping!!

My baby is 7 weeks old and has been doing this for 2 days now. She is not sleeping threw the day like she used too. She will take very short cat naps, however come nighttime she is sleeping 4hrs a night. She will sleep if you hold her, but the minute you put her down she wakes up. I am worried that she is not getting enough sleep. Has any other mom had this happen to them?
