TMI PHOTO - MISCARRIAGE??

Question

Please help, I'm 5 weeks 3 days and this has just appeared in the past 5 minutes. I have cramps but not severe and I've had them on and off for the past week. This is my third pregnancy and past two have ended in miscarriage but just lots of fresh red blood in one go, is this the start of another one??? Should I ring my doctor? I'm totally freaki please help me

The doctor but I highly doubt it's a miscarriage

I am not a doctor so I would say call one just to put your mind at ease, but that doesn't seem like a lot and a little spotting is normal

I would just call your doctor to be safe.
But to me this looks normal and more brown which is usually old blood.
