Possibly Twins??

So I have had 3 beautiful babies already 😀😀 2 Girls and 1 Boy! With all three of them I got sick 1 time. I literally mean I threw up 1 time during each pregnancy and all after eating something. But, that was it. I didn't feel sick or really sleepy. Just towards the last month or 2 I didn't want to move as much. But, with this pregnancy I am 11 weeks exactly today. I swear I have already felt little flutters 😊 which I usually don't feel anything until week 16. And I am nauseous all the time. Never actually get sick but I feel like I'm going to. I'm so incredibly weak, I could sleep all the time. I am never hungry but, I get food anyway and can only eat half of whatever I get. So I barely eat but I already have a baby bump and I can't sleep on my stomach comfortably. Not to mention I have Insane nightmares. And I keep dreaming about having twins. This is insane. Has anyone else been through this? I mean there is not a symptom in the book that I don't have. At first heartburn and indigestion. Gas lol Everything except this time I don't have my insane mood swings. That used to be my only symptom with my other 3 lol So what in the world? Anyone have any advice or similar situations. Oh and lastly I go in for my first ultrasound on the 8th. I will be 12 weeks and 2 days 😀👍
