mc or normal?

I woke up one morning about a week ago after having intercourse the night before with some dark red blood after peeing noticed a little clot as well never bled again didn't experience any cramping at all. I called my ob he insisted I was ok and that it was due to the intercourse which is completely normal I don't have an appointment until 3 more weeks so I'm hoping you ladies can reassure me as to if it's ok or maybe I mc I mean I never bled again it was just when I woke up and no pain at all or spotting
