am I in labor?

So I have been loosing my mucous plug little by little since yesterday afternoon. I am still having light bleeding, not sure if that's what you call "bloody show"? However since last night I started having period-like cramps. Couldn't sleep. And I still have them every 7 minutes but only last 30 seconds, the longest has been 45 seconds. Not sure if they are the real contractions or just false contractions? But they have become stronger and sharp down by my pelvic area. Is this it? Am I in labor? I don't want to get sent home again, since I just went to the hospital yesterday.

I felt the same way and ended up going into labor for real the next day! Felt like period cramps then the next day my water broke

I had the same thing in the middle of the night! I was wondering the exact same thing. I ended up taking a hot bath and then laying down and was able to doze off for a couple of hours but I'm back awake with it now. Did you end up going to the hospital? What happened?
