Anybody experienced anything similar in early pregnancy? help ☹️

So basically, I got three positive digital tests last week which all said '1-2' (which I understand means 3-4 weeks). Doctor said I'm 6 weeks when she figured it out from the date of last AF. I had quite bad cramping for a couple of days which has now stopped. Randomly did a pregnancy test late last night which came back negative!! Did one again with first morning urine this morning and it was again positive and said 1-2. Experienced very slight pink spotting when going to toilet. I'm absolutely terrified that something is wrong. Seeing midwife next week for first appointment so will mention everything to her. I know a lot of these things can be normal but has anybody experienced anything similar?
