high peak symbol

So I'm currently on my 7th day in a row of having a high peak (smiley blinking) symbol using clear blue advanced. Never have had this happen! My sister said she had this happen but only had 3 days like this and that month she was pregnant.  For about a week, each day I've had IBS. I read about other women having IBS as a early pregnancy symptom. Af scheduled to arrive Nov 8/9. How would I know when I ovulated? Do I just go by the first day that I got my first high peak symbol? Praying this will be our month!
