what should I do??

Last night I had sex and we use protection of course but when he pulled out the condom was left inside of me and I was taking it off all the cum was spilling out I felt it going down. After that we continue to have sex and with a new condom.  Should I be worry if I can get pregnant ? Should I take a plan b? Or what should I do? Please if anyone know, please comment. Thanks.
