Spotting @ 5w3days, 2 previous miscarriages

I am currently 5 weeks 3 days pregnant (according to my last period).

This is my 4th pregnancy; 1 Son and two previous miscarriages (both of which I needed D&Cs)

I got my HCG done very early @ 4 weeks, it was 74. 4 days following that it went up to 365 and then 4 days past that (5 week & 1 day) it went up to 1400.

This evening when I went to the washroom I had a brown and pink/reddish tinge. I am so worried because I bled with my other two miscarriages.

Has anyone had a similar situation and had a healthy baby? Or been through something similar? What are you thoughts?
