I think he's confused

Ok so this guy in the pic Is my ex-boyfriend/ the love of my life . We've been broken up for about 3-4 weeks but he saying it's just a break but uk it's the same thing just worded differently and idk if he wants me or not I mean he says the reason we're taking a "break" cause we been fighter a Lil bit more than usual we were together for year and ten months and we had a pregnancy scare about a month ago so I just don't know we both went to a party last night and it felt like we were back together but Ik we weren't I miss him so much am want him back ASAP . I just don't know , I feel at times that he does miss me and wants me back but is confused we see each other everyday at school and we have are moments as if we're still together but I just hate that at times he's sending me mixed messages/signals . Not to mention this pic was from last night at our friends party .  And advice girls ???
