worst colicky moment so far... let's share so we know we arnt alone!

Our little man had a pretty typical day, awake for some hours in the morn then nap in the afternoon when we went on a walk. Around dinner tho, he slept a bit longer than normal (think this is where maybe we should have woke him up...) and around 830 pm I fed him and then decided to head to bed after which was around 930. Read that it's better if you start to go to bed early and make everything quiet and start getting into a routine. Well around midnight wake up to the typical hungry fussing so do another feeding, diaper changing... he was super hungry so did 3 rounds and was in rapid eye movement sleeping by the end of round 3. Took him to bassinet and tucked him in sleeping sack then it began. The all out crying colicky scream at 1 am :-/ then preceded to cry for 3 hrs, husband and I switched off but our little guy also tries to constantly eat when I hold him during these episodes even tho he just ate for over an hr. Husband took the brunt of it walking around for 3 hours. He finally calmed down for a couple min and then started hunger cry and now feeding him... hoping he tires himself out feeding, otherwise I'm grateful for those 2ish hrs of sleep i got earlier
