Started getting these bumps, only the ones on the top are itchy and painful. I'm not sure what they are

They look like ingrown hairs! Get them checked just in case but that's what they seem like :)

If you changed up your body wash or shave cream/gel around the time you last shaved that will cause this. I would definitely go see your dr to make sure that's all it is!

It could just be minor irritation. I eat the same thing if I shave too much or try and be brace and use non vaginal soap on my top part and labia etc. if it doesn't clear up in a few days or progressively gets worse I'd talk to a gynecologist.
