Def wouldn't panic but I'd call your doctor and ask if they want you to get checked for leaking amniotic fluid. It might just be a lot of discharge tho. If you continue leaking like that they the Night, I'd go to l&d

They say to wear a pad for an hour while you walk around on your feet (do some chores) and if the pad is filled, like soaked, then go to L&D. Otherwise likely just regular extra discharge that is expected with pregnancy.
