is Lysine safe to treat coldsores in pregnancy?
Hi ladies, I've read conflicting things on Dr Google as to the best ways to treat coldsores in pregnancy... I am seeing my doctor on Thursday so will ask his opinion then, but wanted to know if anybody knew if Lysine is safe to take while pregnant? I'm 16 weeks and have just wound up with a particularly painful one in my nostril, and Lysine has always cleared up my coldsores the fastest in the past, but obviously I'm iffy about everything I normally take now that I'm pregnant lol.
