I really want to begin couponing! Currently watching extreme couponing lol! How has couponing changed your life?

I only do a little. I get the coupons that link to my grocery store card. I go online and print out coupons from coupons.com sometimes I'll save about $20 a shopping trip for about 30 min. of coupon work. To me that's enough savings for the time.

Because we live in an apartment I'm not trying to mass stock up and I don't have hours to spend on trying to get enough coupons for free stuff.

1st thing 1st check with your local stores (except Walmart) see if they allow "stacking coupons" using a manufacturer & store coupon together.

In my hometown we had a Schnucks & they did double coupons everyday up to 50cents, so a 50 cent off would double to $1 off & every 8-12wk they did triple coupon weekends up to 75 cents!! Huge savings, if you can find a store that does it.

Walgreen's is good for em too (I've heard CVS but don't shop there) my biggest coupon haul (Walgreens) was $212 worth of Febreze products for $46!! Yes, a lot to spend still on air fresheners but it literally lasted over 1yr!

Keep up with sales, every item rotates sales within 4-6wk. This week paper products, next week cereal. Target will allow stacking coupons with their Cartwheel deals.

If you're feeling really ambitious:

Email your favorite manufacturer, saying your love their "_____" & have been using it for so long & ask for coupons! They'll send some quick!

Also get an app (I use Google Keep) or a notepad to track regular store prices for items you purchase frequently (you'll never remember them all!) So when it goes on sale or you have a coupon you can do quick math to figure out where you'll get the most bang for your buck.
