Bright red spotting 37 weeks 5 days.

Hey everyone last thursday I was 2 cm dilated 50% effaced. Tonight I went pee and when I wiped i noticed Alittle mucus like discharge not much at all. Only a tiny bit. Than I noticed little specs of blood on the toilet paper so I wiped again and about a penny size spot of bright red blood. Than I did it again till it was nothing. Went back to the bathroom 20 mins later and only still tiny amount of spotting bright red blood. Wondering if anyone else had this. Or if this is normal. Or means labor is impending ? Opinions.

UPDATE.

nothing. Now no bleeding no nothing. Wondering if it will come back or not. Now just increased mucus like discharge. But not alot.
