I didn't expect such a bad chart, ai think hormones are not doing well......should I see a doctor? any suggestions are appreciated

Every cycle is different. How long have you been tracking? That looks like last month of mine. Sometimes temps drop and rise crazily in the second half of the month. Some months it doesn't. The human body changes regularly. My pattern has shifted twice in the 2 years I've been tracking.
