BV & getting pregnant?

Hi guys, I have just been told I have BV (bacterial vaginosis) and been put on antibiotics, I've had 7 miscarriages in just over a year and was told it could be because I've had bv, can I still have sex and get pregnant whilst on the antibiotics? My fertile window starts tomorrow and I don't want to miss my chance this month! Any help would be appreciated xx

It shouldn't hinder your chances of pregnancy as much as help. It should help to balance out the bacteria in your V.  I STRONGLY recommend a probiotic made for vaginal flora while taking your antibiotic and for a little while afterwards to keep you from getting a yeast infection.  The probiotic that will do the best for you will be found refrigerated at a health food store or co-op and will specifically say "for vaginal flora"

My mom actually got pregnant with me because her antibiotics cancelled out her birth control lol so I'd say it shouldn't hurt your chances

Bv was the reason I miscarried 4 times...took the meds and got pregnant right after and she is now 8...
