Irregular af / spotting ?

My periods were always 28 SOMETIMES 29 days and last month was a 47 day cycle. Got my hopes up, tested a million times only for af to show. This month I had light spotting cd20 and 21 just once when wiping both days and cramping for 3 days on and off and according to my period tracker am 4 days late going by my usual 28 day cycle. Had a negative hpt a couple days ago. Am I late? Anyone else had this? Any input welcome...
