6w fever :(

I've had a stomach bug for the past 36 hours and fever has been as high as 102.5... I have been treating with Tylenol which does bring it down until it comes back up again. No fever yet this morning so I'm hoping I'm recovering. Just so nervous with my little bean at such a critical time. I did speak to my doctor and I know that there isn't anything anyone can do but still so scared my baby will have a birth defect or even MC because of the fevers.
