Ugh! Can I not be spotting!!

My c section is 4 weeks from today. Yesterday I was spotting with some mucus and then it turned red. It went away so I was happy and didn't have to go to l&d. Today I wake up and there's red blood again. Very little but still, it's there when I wipe. It's so frustrating and nerve wracking. Blahh. I have an appt at my ob office in a little bit. I hope this baby makes it to the end bc I'm not ready!! Lol well I am bc I'm so sick of being pregnant but I still have stuff to do and he needs to cook a little longer!
