Yes I wasn't dilated at all when I went to the doctor at 39 weeks and then that day and the next I went walking around stores, cleaning, doing laundry, went walking some at home, had sex, and jumped on the trampoline some. That next day after the doctor I had cramps around 2 and went to the hospital at like 10 that night. And later that next day at 12:29 I had my son. I thought I was going to go over but I'm pretty sure I only went into labor bc of everything I did.
