can't tell if I need to poop or just contractions

It's so frustrating having had a child before and the second time around still not knowing if you're contracting or not. I had a membrane sweep on Thursday, I'm due in 5days. Been losing mucus plug for almost two weeks now only since the sweep has it been blood tinged. Lots of cramps last night, and this am but still feel like nothing is really happening. I was 2cm on Thursday and 75% effaced. Baby is in stage 0. So what's going on down there? Haha so ready to meet this guy
