Offensive Halloween Costume?!

Happy Halloween people! So I didn't grab a picture of it, but my Psych professor was wearing a polar bear onzie with a a happy/sad face on the belly. He was "Bipolar"! We all thought it was pretty funny despite it being a total dad joke. A little bit into class he gets called out into the hall, and one of the administrators tells him that they already had multiple complaints about his costume and that it was offensive. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE. The way this is going, Halloween is just going to get canceled because America is turning into a bunch of bananas that bruise too easily. How about you stay in your safe space and don't ruin it for the rest of us.

Oh and I should add that my professor is actually bipolar, his costume wasn't a jab at the disorder.
