39 weeks and I feel a Cough coming🤒 TMI but need some advice...

Friday Night I was feeling Tingles all up and down my legs and arms... So I went to L&D. Stood there from 10pm until about 3am Sat. Morning. Could be Baby on a Nerve may stop when I deliver... Okay Wake up with Sore Throat because of A/C in the L&D (Only wore a sheet and a hospital gown it was pretty chilly). My Voice is so raspy... been having Braxton Hicks since 12:30am, Sunday...slept at 3am. Tired still  Woke up at 7 am to take boys to school still have minor cramps not Labot though... This is my Fourth pregnancy I would know if I am inLabor But  now Diarrhea, a light Cough, Idk if I should go to sleep or check in? I am not feeling good... What would you do?
