4 month old sleep & eat schedule
Just wondering how our babies are doing compared to other 4 month olds. Please comment if there's anything that we could be doing better! They eat 4-6oz per feed. This is a typical day but some days there's one more feed or one less and since they turned 4 months they have dropped a nap.
10:00pm-7:30am sleep
7:30am- feed
8:30am-10:30am- nap
10:30am-12:30- feed then play
12:30pm-3:00pm- nap
3:00pm-5:30pm- feed then tummy time and play
5:30pm-6:00pm- nap
6:00pm-7:45pm- bath/story/feed
10:00pm/10:30pm- feed/sleep
