Why am I so emotional today

People will say I'm always emotional so today I haven't been in the best mood so I didn't really talk and 5th period is my favorite period but today like I was getting ready to read something and someone said something to me and I was like whatever forget it you can read it and when in walked off I started to cry but then after a while I calm down and I was talking to my friends and this guy walks up to me and throws a ball at my face and once that ball bounced off my face I held my held down and in just balled and this girl told me destiny your more emotional today then usual... What is going on with me
