Infection??

My vagina is red with bumps inside and outside of the lips,they itch and have a slight burning sensation.My clit is also red and swollen but doesn't hurt.when I stick my finger  inside a thick white discharge was on my finger.Its just overall inflamed and I have no clue what it could be.

It could be a yeast infection, but I would get checked just in case.

um I'm not even sure. That's a few signs.  Are you sexually active? That could be an std. I'd go to the emergency room or urgent care or your doctor ASAP! Because if it is an STD, and it goes untreated it could only get worse than lead to infertility. So I'd go in for sure.
