Ovidrel before IUI

I am talking my trigger shot, Ovidrel, tonight at 10pm. I am scheduled for my IUI on Wednesday at 2 PM. This is 40 hours after my trigger shot. My nurse today told us to BD tonight and to abstain tomorrow. I imagine it is safe but do any of you guys know if it's safe to use Preseed tonight?
